Bliss balls are such a good snack to have on hand and can be batch made and frozen, so great for those food preppers out there!
3 parts honey
2 parts nut / seed spread (peanut butter, mixed seeds, cashew butter)
2 parts tahina
4 parts cocoa
6 parts shredded coconut
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
- Roll mixture into bite sized balls and coat them in extra shredded coconut
- Cool them in the fridge or freezer
Feel free to add in dates, biscuits, protein, crushed nuts or anything else you feel like!
