Bliss balls are such a good snack to have on hand and can be batch made and frozen, so great for those food preppers out there!


3 parts honey
2 parts nut / seed spread (peanut butter, mixed seeds, cashew butter)
2 parts tahina
4 parts cocoa
6 parts shredded coconut


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Roll mixture into bite sized balls and coat them in extra shredded coconut
  3. Cool them in the fridge or freezer
  4. ENJOY!

Feel free to add in dates, biscuits, protein, crushed nuts or anything else you feel like!
