Whoever knew such a thing existed?! Now you can feel good about yourself whilst indulging and for all those Nutella fans iut there, it tastes just as amazing! (actually better, we think!).
1 cup hazelnuts (skin-free)
125ml coconut milk
2Tbs rice malt syrup
1Tbs coconut oil
1/4cup raw cacao powder
1tsp vanilla essence
- Bake hazelnuts in oven (180 degrees) for 8-10 mins until golden brown.
- Grind nuts in a processor until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container for several weeks (if it lasts that long!).
Super easy to make and perfect to satisfy those sweet tooth cravings! Try it on cruskits or with bananas and strawberries. Yum!
