Whoever knew such a thing existed?! Now you can feel good about yourself whilst indulging and for all those Nutella fans iut there, it tastes just as amazing! (actually better, we think!).
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup hazelnuts (skin-free)
  • 125ml coconut milk
  • 2Tbs rice malt syrup
  • 1Tbs coconut oil
  • 1/4cup raw cacao powder
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
Method:
  • Bake hazelnuts in oven (180 degrees) for 8-10 mins until golden brown.
  • Grind nuts in a processor until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined.
  • Store in an airtight container for several weeks (if it lasts that long!).
Super easy to make and perfect to satisfy those sweet tooth cravings! Try it on cruskits or with bananas and strawberries. Yum!

Ingredients:
  • 3 parts honey
  • 2 parts nut / seed spread (peanut butter, mixed seeds, cashew butter)
  • 2 parts tahina
  • 4 parts cocoa
  • 6 parts shredded coconut
Directions:
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  • Roll mixture into bite sized balls and coat them in extra shredded coconut
  • Cool them in the fridge or freezer
  • ENJOY!
Feel free to add in dates, biscuits, protein, crushed nuts or anything else you feel like!

Superseed Smoothie:
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (140g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon dried goji berries
  • 1 small piece banana (130g), peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk
  • 2 teaspoon ground linseed
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint, finely shredded
Method:
  • Blend yoghurt, berries, chopped banana, honey, milk and 1 teaspoon each of linseed and chia seeds until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into glasses; top with mint and remaining seeds.
Superfood Smoothie:
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup (140g) mixed fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 cup (125g) Jalna lactose free vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup (15g) lightly packed kale or baby spinach
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 small knob ginger, peeled
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint + extra to garnish
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) apple or orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon honey, or to taste
  • ice (optional)
Method:
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
